1. Introduction

Font is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information the organisation collects, holds and administers. Personal information is information which directly or indirectly identifies a person. Font’s privacy policy sets out what sort of information we collect and how we collect and use that information; as well as the security measures we take and how you can access your information and correct it if necessary.

2. Policy

Depending on the product or service, where a person chooses to not provide personal information when requested, we may not be able to deliver the product or service. We will endeavour to make this as clear as possible for each product and service.

This Policy is intended to explain how we comply with the law, not to expand rights or our obligations beyond the laws listed above. If anything in this Policy does not match the law, including where the law or the interpretation of the law changes, this Policy should always be interpreted to reflect and comply with the current law.

This Policy includes examples but is not intended to be restricted in its application to such examples. Where the word ‘including’ is used, it means ‘including without limitation’.
